Terms & Conditions

1. All our items are in SGD.

2. We do not accept exchanges, returns or refunds. Please ensure buyer checks through the item carefully at the point of purchase.

3. We have items that are for pre-order and in stock. Please check the item status. While in doubt, please email us at jkoreanshop@gmail.com.

4. For items on pre-order, we have a 2 week refund policy if item is not delivered on time. We promise to deliver the items within 2 weeks after payment is made or we will refund the amount paid.

5. For items on pre-order, a 100% deposit is to be made. The deposit is to be made by POSB bank transfer only.

6. Payment is to be made to POSB Savings acc 209-24038-6

7. Shipping via registered mail is also available at $5 per item for shirts and $10 for pants, shoes and bags.

8. Meet up to collect your item is only available at Cityhall and Tampines MRT.

9. Colour variations may be expected due to different lighting conditions.

10. Differences in size of 1-2cm may occur.

11. Jkorean will not be held responsible for wrong item, difference in colour and size for items ordered. However, we will put our utmost effort to ensure that everything is correct.

12. Jkorean does not support counterfeit items. Please note that Jkorean is only HELPING buyers to purchase replicas at no profit.

13. We reserved the right to amend item details without prior notice.

14. By purchasing from Jkorean, the user agree to abide by the terms and conditions.

15. There is NO SHIPPING COST involved. PRICES shown are NETT.

16. Orders will be made at least once weekly, on every Friday irregardless of order quantity.

17. There is no capping for Jkorean.

18. Please make your orders promptly to avoid the disappointment of item being out of stock or the size being unavailable.
